We’re excited to announce new features and improvements to Compare Your Footprint to enhance your carbon accounting experience. Read on to learn more.

New Features

Knowledge Hub Link in Navigation Menu

Access our Knowledge Hub directly from within the platform. Find the link in the left-hand navigation under Resources & Support. This provides easy access to helpful articles, FAQs, and support resources.

Client Usage Data Export

We have added a new Export Usage Data button, available to all clients on the Usage Data page. Located in the top-right corner near the filter bar, this feature lets you download a copy of your organisation’s usage data with a single click in .xlsx format.

Multi-Currency Spend Data Input

Users can now enter spend data in over 60 different currencies, which eliminates the need for manual conversions and aligns exchange rates with the correct carbon factor year. This update includes:

  • Spend data input in the currency set within the organisation’s profile.
  • Automatic currency alignment for accurate carbon emissions calculations.

Bug Fixes

Improved Sign-In Accessibility

Previously, hitting "Enter" after entering login information on the sign-in page would take users to the “Forgot Password” page. This has been fixed—now pressing "Enter" will log you in directly.

Improvements

Dashboard Updates - Phase 1

We have refreshed the charts on the dashboard. Our pie charts have been updated to doughnut charts for a cleaner look. Each section is now clearly labelled and colour-coded to help you visualise and understand your organisation’s emissions sources more intuitively.

Template Updates - Business Travel & Employee Commuting

We have made updates to the import templates for Business Travel: Road and Employee Commuting: Road. Changes in the vehicle taxonomy have led to updates in naming conventions, making it clear that non-car vehicles may also be categorised here.

Look for the updated label: "Car or vehicle: Owned/Not owned by organisation" to account for various vehicle types.
