New Feature Update: Introducing Group Emissions 

We are excited to announce a new feature that enables organisations to group emissions under a parent organisation. Currently in Beta, this feature is available on a selective basis. 

If you are interested in using it, please contact us so we can activate it for your organisation. 

Setting Up Group Emissions 

You can set up child (subsidiary) organisations under the parent organisation within the Organisational Hierarchy page. 

Important Note: Parent and child organisations must have the same reporting year-end date set on the platform. 

Within this page, you can: 

• Define child organisations under the parent organisation
• Set reporting dates
• Assign the percentage of ownership for each child organisation

Viewing Group Emissions 

We have redesigned the online (HTML) reports of the parent organisation to accommodate child organisation emissions. Here are the key improvements: 

Organisation Selection for Reports: 

Total Reported Greenhouse Gas Emissions Table: 

A summary table that consolidates Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions from all organisations in the reporting period, adjusted based on % ownership. 

New Organisation-Level Emissions Breakdown Table: 

A detailed table showing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions per organisation in one consolidated view. 

Excel Carbon Report Enhancements: 

The downloadable Excel carbon report, available under the parent organisation, now consolidates emissions data from all subsidiaries or portfolio companies. 

This provides a comprehensive breakdown of group emissions in multiple formats for easier analysis.
